Monson Fruit Company is dedicated to growing, packing, and shipping the finest apples and cherries in the Pacific Northwest. With year-round operations and a hard working staff, Monson Fruit's quality never wavers.
Apples
Today, Monson Fruit maintains over 500 acres of apple orchard, and our highly experienced field representatives help manage another 1,500.
Partnering with state-of-the-art cold storage facilities, Monson Fruit can store its apples in order to provide crisp Washington apples every day of the year, all around the world.
Monson Fruit works day and night, employing over 200 people year-round, to hand pack and prepare its apples for shipment to apple lovers across the globe.
Cherries
With cherry packing facilities in Selah and Wenatchee, Monson Fruit is quickly becoming one of the world's largest suppliers of fresh pack cherries. Cherries coming from over 3,000 acres of orchard in Washington, Oregon, and Montana all find their way to our packing lines to be prepared for worldwide delivery.
Monson Fruit prides itself on providing the freshest cherries possible. As soon as the cherries leave the trees they are hydro cooled, placed in cooled refers, and are kept at cold temperatures, maintaining a "straight off the tree" freshness all the way to the consumer.
The cherry operations of Monson Fruit provide work for more than 600 employees and continue to strengthen the economy of the Yakima Valley.
Pears
Monson Fruit and its sister company, Blue Bird, work hard to provide consumers with the highest quality pears of the Pacific Northwest.
Over 5,000 bins of D'Anjou, Bartlett, and many other delicious pears are shipped to the Blue Bird warehouse, where they are sorted and hand packed with the finest care.
